The By-Laws currently have the following wording concerning general meetings. “A General Membership Meeting shall be held monthly.” Based on approval of the general membership, the By-Laws wording will be changed from, “A General Membership Meeting shall be held monthly” to, “A General Membership Meeting will be held January through May, pause for the hot summer months of June, July, and August, and resume with meetings held September, October, November, and December”.
Due to small attendance of our general meetings, I am working on a method where the general membership can vote electronically for this and future proposals.
