I put this on our calendar so everyone could plan for it. I suggested Houston Mesa Campground which we can make work but I am also working on getting the Rodeo Grounds, south of town, across the highway from the Casino. So, hold off on making any reservations for the Houston Mesa Campground at this time. I went on a jamboree, which used the Rodeo Grounds, in November 2022. The Club went to Marysvale, UT last year and the Jamboree has been scheduled again for this year, August 7-10. You will need a day on either end for travel. Last year Mike Hann led this trip and it was excellent with Mike leading the rides. Our time overlapped with the Jamboree and I attended a couple of days and found the Jamboree to be well planned and had a good number of excellent rides, led by local people. Nick Rosso, General Manager, Nash Powersports, https://www.nashpowersports.com/, did a great job explaning what they had as far as an impressive line of side x sides, but also what they can provide in way of service. They have 3 locations in the Valley. There is no wait for general service, like an oil change. We have just come back from a very successful trip to Parker, AZ, which was enjoyed by all who attended. Now, I wanted to call everyone’s attention to our next events that are coming up. I am thinking about an extended trip in April. My Guide to AZ Backroads …. Book has several trails in close proximity south of Oracle, on the Coronado National Forest. Has anyone ridden there?
